1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Virexa – AI English Practice ("App"), developed by Jebrix Apps Studio ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. Description of the App
Virexa – AI English Practice is an AI-powered English learning application that provides users with grammar correction, vocabulary building, conversation practice, speaking improvement tips, and personalized learning exercises. The App is available on Android via the Google Play Store.
The App is intended for educational and personal use only. It is not a certified academic institution and does not award any formal qualifications or certifications.

3. Eligibility & User Requirements
By using this App, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 3 years of age (parental supervision recommended for young children)
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
You will use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes
You will not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to exploit the App or its AI systems
Users under the age of 13 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent before using the App.

4. License to Use the App
4.1 Grant of License
Jebrix Apps Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your personal Android device strictly in accordance with these Terms.
4.2 Restrictions
You may NOT:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Jebrix Apps Studio
Circumvent any technological measure that controls access to the App
Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the App

5. AI-Generated Content & Accuracy
Virexa – AI English Practice uses artificial intelligence to generate English learning content, grammar corrections, vocabulary suggestions, and conversational responses. While we strive for accuracy and quality, please note:
AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies
The App is not a substitute for professional language instruction or certified teaching
Users should use their own judgment when applying learning content in formal or professional contexts
We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or language proficiency improvements
We continuously work to improve the accuracy and quality of AI responses, but we make no warranties that the content is always complete, current, or error-free.

6. App Permissions
The App may request the following device permissions to deliver its features:
Microphone – Required for speaking practice and pronunciation exercises. Audio is processed in real time and not stored.
Camera – Required for certain interactive features. No images are stored or transmitted.
Internet Access – Required to connect to AI services and load advertisements.
You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device's App settings. Revoking certain permissions may limit or disable specific App features.

7. Advertisements
The App is free to use and is supported by advertisements delivered through Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
Advertisements may be displayed within the App during use
Google AdMob may use your Advertising ID to serve relevant ads
You can opt out of personalized ads via your Android device settings under Google > Ads
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed in the App. Any interactions with advertisements are solely between you and the advertiser.

8. Intellectual Property
All content within the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, AI models, lesson content, and software code — is the exclusive property of Jebrix Apps Studio or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the App's content without our express written permission.
The name “Jebrix and Virexa – AI English Practice," and associated logos are trademarks of the developer. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.

9. User Conduct
While using the App, you agree not to:
Submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, or offensive
Attempt to access or interfere with the App's backend systems or servers
Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App or its services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or related systems
Use the App in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

10. Disclaimers & Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content
Jebrix Apps Studio does not warrant that the App will meet your specific requirements or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jebrix Apps Studio and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the App, including but not limited to:
Loss of data or device damage
Loss of profits or business opportunities
Any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
Unauthorized access to your data by third parties
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (which, as a free app, is zero).

12. Third-Party Services & Links
The App integrates with or may link to third-party services including Google AdMob and AI processing services. These third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies, which govern their use of your data.
Jebrix Apps Studio is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk.

13. Termination
Jebrix Apps Studio reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also terminate your use of the App at any time by simply uninstalling it from your device.
Sections 8 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimers), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 15 (Governing Law) shall survive termination of these Terms.

14. Updates & Modifications to the App
Jebrix Apps Studio may, at its sole discretion, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We recommend keeping the App updated to the latest version available on the Google Play Store to ensure the best experience and access to security improvements.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jebrix Apps Studio regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether oral or written.
