Plant Identifier – Planto

 1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Plant Identifier – Planto mobile application (“App”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.



 2. App Usage

* No user account creation is required to use this App.
* You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
* You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.



 3. App Functionality

The App provides plant identification and related information for general informational purposes only.
Results may not always be accurate and should not be considered professional or scientific advice.



 4. Subscriptions & Payments

The App may offer optional premium subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or yearly).

 Subscription Terms:

* Subscription prices and billing periods are clearly shown in the App before purchase.
* Payment will be charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation.
* Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
* You can cancel your subscription anytime from
  Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
* No refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription, unless required by law.

 Subscription Requirement:

* A subscription is optional and not required to use the App.
* Free features are available without payment.



 5. No User Accounts or User Content

* The App does not require users to create accounts.
* The App does not allow users to upload, store, share, or publish any personal content within the App.
* Any images used for plant identification are processed locally or temporarily and are not stored or shared.



 6. Advertisements & Third-Party Services

The App may display advertisements and use third-party services such as:

* Google Play Billing
* Advertising networks (e.g., AdMob)

These services may be governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.



 7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, text, graphics, logos, and software used in the App are the property of the App owner or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.



 8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

* Use the App for unlawful purposes;
* Attempt to interfere with the App’s functionality or security;
* Modify, hack, or misuse the App or its services.

Violation may result in restriction or termination of access.



 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:

* The App will be error-free or uninterrupted;
* Identification results will be accurate or complete.



 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

* Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
* Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the App.



 11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be effective once posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.



 12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
