These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vidly mobile application and any related features and services (collectively, the “Service”). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Use
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use the Service.
- If you use the Service on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
- You are responsible for your device, internet connection, and any charges related to your use of the Service.
2. License to Use the App

Developer may, at its sole discretion, remove or restrict access to any User Content or suspend/terminate your access to the Service if there is a reasonable belief that you have violated these Terms or any applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including software, design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and other content, excluding User Content) are owned by Developer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the name, logo, or trademarks of Developer without prior written permission.
6. Advertising and Third-Party Services
