especially when your device is idle or in Doze mode.
✅ REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS
Some devices may delay or suppress alarms/reminders. This permission allows the app to work
reliably by asking the user to exclude it from battery optimization. You are always in control of this
setting.

✅USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT

Used to show important full-screen reminders (like sleep time or wake-up alarms) even when your device is locked. This ensures you never miss a health reminder. No personal data is accessed or transmitted.


> We only request these permissions to deliver core reminder functionality, and we never misuse
or access your data beyond this purpose.


3. Local-Only Data Storage
Any health-related data you input (gender, weight, routines) is:
